GARLIC PEPPER PORK LOIN ROAST
2 – 3 lbs pork loin roast
1 tbs garlic (minced)
1/2 tbs dried minced onion
black pepper to taste
salt to taste
Pappy’s seasoning salt to taste
2 cans Swanson 99% fat free Chicken Broth

Place broth and pork in crock-pot. Spread garlic over top of roast.
Sprinkle minced onion, pepper, and salts over top of garlic.
Cover and cook on high 4 – 6 hours.
Very tasty!
